How To Dress Well shares new song What's Up

How To Dress Well – a.k.a. Tom Krell – has released a second track from his forthcoming album Care – the jubilant, joyous ‘What’s Up’, produced by CFCF (Mike Silver) and available to hear today.

Says Krell on ‘What’s Up’, Recently I’ve been feeling like our artistic culture hyper-invests in seriousness and leaves all pleasure and fun to be taken care of by basically banal forms of pop--- and those don't really yield pleasure and fun in any deep way. For me, I don’t think everything needs to be serious to be profound. With “What’s Up", I wanted to just dig into the idea that fun and pleasure can be profound, or just be fun and pleasure, and that can be profound in its own way.”

How To Dress Well will release Care on September 23, 2016 via Weird World / Domino Record Co. Written by Krell, mixed by Andrew Dawson (Kanye West, fun.), and featuring co-production from Krell alongside Jack Antonoff, Dre Skull, CFCF, and Kara-Lis Coverdale, Care is a sensual, dazzling alt-pop tour de force.

Care will be available on standard CD, standard 2xLP, digitally and a limited deluxe edition 2xLP. The limited deluxe edition LP includes the album on colored marble double vinyl and a 16 page 12"x12" booklet, and can be exclusively pre-ordered from the How To Dress Well store. All pre-orders include an instant download of "Lost Youth / Lost You."
